Recipe
Ingredients
- Single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Raspberry and Rhubarb Gin
- Lemon juice
- 25ml Chambord
- Lemonade or soda
- Frozen raspberries
- 25ml Ginger ale (optional)
Method
- Drop 3 or 4 ice cubes in a suitable punch glass
- Add a single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Raspberry and Rhubarb Gin
- Squeeze a dash of lemon juice
- Add 25ml of Chambord
- Top with lemonade or soda
- Decorate with frozen raspberries
- Optionally you can add 25ml of ginger ale
