Ingredients
- Ice
- Single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Elderflower Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Prosecco
- Cucumber or mint to garnish
Method
- Add 3 to 4 ice cubes to a suitable cocktail glass
- Pour 25ml of elderflower gin
- Add 15ml of lemon juice and 20ml of sugar syrup and mix
- Top with prosecco
- Garnish with slices of cucumber, mint or both if preferred
