These terms and conditions apply to customers who order products from our website. 

All our gin products are made with the finest ingredients and are carefully crafted for your enjoyment. 

Orders

Orders must be paid for in advance. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirmation. We will contact you if there are any problems with stock, pricing or delivery.

If you have made a mistake with your order please contact us and we will take steps to amend the order where possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. You can have full confidence that our online ordering service is fully secure.

Shipping and delivery

We can only deliver to UK domestic addresses.  We use a reliable shipping carrier to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

We offer two delivery options. Our Fast Delivery aims to get your order to you within 1-2 business days. Our Standard Delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days. There may also be occasions when delivery will take longer due to factors outside our control.

Age requirement

By using our website, you confirm that you are the legal drinking age, 18 years or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age before fulfilling any order.

Price

The price of the product will be the price as indicated on the order page when you placed your order. We will not be obliged to fulfil orders for products that are priced incorrect on the website,

Online Returns Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However if you are not satisfied when you receive your items, you are eligible to return your item but it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must pay for your own Returns postage. You may return the item to

When we have received the goods and know that it is unused and still in saleable condition we will refund you on the same card that you paid with. The refund amount you will receive will be the total sale value minus any delivery fee. 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require you to provide photo evidence, and we will refund you within 30 days of you notifying us, unless you would like us to send you another product.

If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door,  and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to send it back. Please contact us on hello@rockfieldspirits.co.uk to let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Discount Code Use

• Voucher Value: This voucher entitles the holder to 10% off the specified item.

• Validity Period: The voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.

• Exclusions: The voucher can only be applied to the specified item with code. Codes cannot be used alongside any other promotion or offer.

• Minimum Purchase: There is no minimum purchase requirement for the use of this voucher.

• Single Use: The voucher code can only be used once. After redemption, the voucher will be void and cannot be reused.

• Non-Transferable: This voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who received it. It cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another person.

• Applicable Locations: The voucher can be redeemed online or in our distillery shop located in Hereford.

• Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers. No replacements will be issued.

• No Cash Value: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• Refunds: If a product purchased using this voucher is returned, any refund will be issued at the discounted price paid, not the original full price.

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions conducted by Rockfield Distillery. By entering any competition, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

– Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

– Employees of Rockfield Distillery, their immediate family members, and any affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

– Participants can enter the competition by filling out the provided entry form or via specified social media channels.

– No purchase or entry fee is required to participate.

– The start and end dates of each competition will be clearly stated on the sign-up page or promotional materials.

– Participants may enter only once per competition unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize

– The prize for each competition will be specified in the competition announcement. Typically, the prize will be an experience for a set number of people at Rockfield Distillery.

– There will be one winner for each competition unless otherwise stated.

– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

– The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

– The winner will be notified via the contact details provided (either social media or email) within 7 days of the competition’s end date.

– If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Rockfield Distillery reserves the right to select a runner-up as the winner.

6. Use of Information

– By entering the competition, participants agree that their email addresses may be used by Rockfield Distillery for future email marketing campaigns.

– Rockfield Distillery will not use the winner’s name, likeness, or any other personal information for promotional purposes without the participant’s explicit consent.

7. Right to Cancel or Modify

– Rockfield Distillery reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

We will endeavour to ensure that the information displayed on this website is current and accurate. However we cannot be held liable to any errors. This includes stock levels, images, descriptions and prices
