Ingredients
- Single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin
- Half a squeezed lemon
- A dash of Elderflower press (non-diluted)
- Sparkling wine or prosecco
- A slice of orange or lemon to garnish (optional)
Method
- Pour a single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin into a champagne flute.
- Add a few ice cubes, half a squeezed lemon and a dash of Elderflower press (non-diluted)
- Top up with English sparkling wine or prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange (optional)
