Ingredients

  • 60ml of Rockfield Dry Gin
  • 1 tbsp of dry vermouth
  • Olive or lemon peel to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Fill your martini glass with ice.
  2. Pour in a double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin
  3. Pour in a single shot (25ml) vermouth.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel or olive (optional)
