Ingredients
- Double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin
- 25ml of lemonĀ juice
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- Sparkling water
- Lemon or orange slice to garnish
Method
- Add a double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin to a champagne flute.
- Add 2ml of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of sugar syrup.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange (optional)
