Ingredients
- Single shot (25ml) of Orange Gin
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Lime
- Prosecco or cava
Method
- Measure and pour a single shot of Rockfield Orange Gin over ice into a champagne flute.
- Add 15ml of sugar syrup
- Add a splash of lime juice
- Top with prosecco or cava
- Stir and garnish with orange slices
