Ingredients
- Full glass of crushed ice
- Double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin
- Single shot (25ml) of Passoa
- Half a squeezed lemon
- 2tbsp sugar syrup
- Half a passionfruit or orange on top, to garnish (optional).
Method
- Fill a tumbler glass with crushed ice.
- Add a double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Dry Gin
- Add a single shot (25ml) of Passoa.
- Squeeze in half a lemon
- Add 2tbsp sugar syrup.
- Garnish with a passion fruit or orange (optional).
