- 50ml Rockfield Pink Gin
- A dash of elderflower liqueur
- Prosecco to top
- Raspberries (garnish)
Method
- Add 50ml of Rockfield Pink Gin to a champagne flute.
- Add a dash of Elderflower liqueur.
- Top with prosecco
- Garnish with raspberries (optional)
