- Single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Pink Gin
Half a squeezed lemon - Top up with English sparkling wine or prosecco
- A couple of raspberries, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Add a single shot (25ml) of Rockfield Pink Gin to a champagne flute.
- Squeeze in half a lemon
- Top up with English sparkling wine or prosecco.
- Garnish with a couple of raspberries (optional)
