The combination of eight botanicals, including juniper, coriander, and angelica root, provides a complex and aromatic base, enhancing the natural fruit flavours without overpowering them.

Our Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin is versatile and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. Here are a few fun suggestions to make the most of this delightful spirit:
Classic Gin & Tonic:
Pair our Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin with a high-quality tonic water and a garnish of fresh raspberries and a twist of lemon. The tonic’s bitterness complements the gin’s sweetness and tartness, creating a refreshing and well-balanced drink.
Raspberry and Rhubarb Punch:
Mix a shot of Rockfield Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin with a squeeze of lemon juice, 25ml of Chambord, and top it off with lemonade or soda. Add fresh raspberries for an extra burst of flavour.
